Shipping policy

We ship orders throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Rates:
Flat rates apply for nationwide urban areas, and rural areas.

Click & Collect:
Available from our store at 306 Cashel Street, Christchurch. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. We are open from Tuesday - Sunday.

International Shipping:
We ship to selected countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, Nifty is not responsible for delays, customs processing, or loss/damage in transit, though we’ll always do our best to assist if an issue arises.
